Today’s technologies offer a variety of ways to make a building more energy efficient and save money, while also adding conveniences and true functionality. You can create and improve efficiencies while also adding value and conveniences that set you apart as a builder. Adding a PV system and a control system can allow control of energy needs and usage. You can set an energy threshold, measure the amount of electricity your Photovoltaic system produces and measure the amount you are using. The system can automatically adjust lights, HVAC and other systems to tune them to remain within the threshold.
